I’m curious if there are any Tubing options out there that provide adequate insulation if I were to rub beer lines a couple of feet through them?

I’m installing a kegerator under a countertop, and I’d like to run some the lines inside a conduit of sorts. My initial thought was Vinyl Tubing, but my guess is that it doesn’t insulate well!

Any suggestions? I want to simply air-cool the lines; Glycol or similar systems are too involved for me...

If you're running beer lines through a cooled duct you probably don't want high thermal resistance to the beer lines.
For short runs folks have had success running regular beer line through a loop of PVC pipe driven by a small fan inside the chiller (fridge or freezer)...

Cheers!

Any flexible line options ? in my case I will have this flexible line connected with an elbow on the lid if the freezer. (Tower mounted on the counter tap, freezer underneath the tower in custom made lower cabinet.

I am thinking to use a 2-3" pvc elbow of the lid, and the lines in a foam noodle or few layers of that with an option to push the lines back inside the freezer. Ideas still developing!
