Guys and gals, I am wondering what you use for fermentation temperature control. I am looking at getting into temperature control/lagering/cold crashing and live in an apartment. I want something that isn't too big but can fit a full sized carboy. Something smaller and economical are ideal!
 
I use a mini fridge (sanyo) and it's actually a large mini. It combined with an STC-1000 works great for me, but I use buckets. It barely fits a bucket so a 6.5 gallon carboy is out of the question; 5 and tall 6 gallon carboys would probably fit though. Aside from pulling out the shelving from the main compartment, I had to remove the door shelving which was held on with a few screws.
