Haven't seen any Three Floyds around, but heard there are rare sightings of it. I love wheat beers and want to try Gumballhead.
I asked the local store if they could see if they could get some. They have a decent selection but I think I am asking for a miracle.
So I had this crazy idea that once the weather got warmer, hop on the motorcycle and take a trip to IN with empty saddlebags, all in an effort to obtain various beers that don't seem to make it far from the brewery.
Same with Great Lakes - I never knew half the beers they made because I see the same 5-6 products in the store every time I go. I have been wanting to try their ESB (Pompous Ass).
Is the trip to either brewery worth it to sip some of their rare nectar? Even if I came back empty handed at least I spent some time on the bike exploring...
