Just finished my second batch, a creme ale, and I must say the advice RDWAHAHB is the best advice on the forum. Because of the great knowledge I've learned from you guys on the forum, my Amber Ale I bottled last month tasted great and the brewing process went much more smoothly this time around. Thanks and Cheers!
