Belgian Quad infected?

So I brewed a Belgian quad about 3 years ago, transferred it to secondary and there it has sat, in the corner of my pantry. Fast forward to today, and I’m picking up brewing again. I decide to look at my quad and here is the top layer:

It hasn’t grown appreciably in terms of thickness. Here is the side of the fermenter:

Any thoughts as to what is going on? It doesn’t look like mold, right?
 
Is that a pellicle and do I likely have a sour quad? Or does anyone see mold?
