I’m looking to make an apple ale; something in the Belgian ale family, light, crisp with a tart apple finish. I read a description of the Hanger 24 2nd Anniversary Ale, Belgian Caramel Apple, that sounds like exactly what I’m looking for. Does anyone have any ideas on a recipe for something like this?

I did an Apple Saison several months ago. I did a partial boil and used apple juice for part of the top off liquid. If I recall I used about 1/2 gallon and it added a slight apple flavor to the brew.
