Now you guys are making me thirsty 
I have another batch of mine cold crashing. Hydrometer sample tasted pretty good. Probably keg it tonight. Entering it in a local brew competition at the end of the month with a Kolsch and an Irish Red. Looking forward to the feedback.
Our weather has been pretty cold and rainy so to get an 88 degree ferment, I put the fermenter in a big tub of water with an aquarium heater. Worked out pretty good. So much easier in the summer when I can just let-r-rip in a nice hot garage.
