As stpug said you'll have to add it as it's not present even with the Briess add-ons. Go to Ingredients> Grain > Add Grain and plug in the numbers above. The default styles are the BJCP recognized styles, in a BJCP competition black IPA would be in the specialty category. There may be an add on for other styles, not sure. Otherwise again you'd have to input it yourself.
