I'm unsure how to build an equipment profile for a Breweasy/Brutus20 type system.
The details.
Mash Tun. 30 litre but that effectively changes dependent on how I set the position of the float.
M/T. Dead volume 3 litre
Kettle 50litres Dead volume. 2 litres
Boil off 90 mins. 7 litres.
I'd really appreciate any help you can offer.
