Beer smith software issue

Hello,

Hoping someone can help. My beer smith program won't open - keeps telling me "another copy of the program is still open" - even when I restart.

What do I do?!?

Open Task Manager to check for another copy running. You can close it there if it shows the application running.

I've had help with doing things I never thought of in task manager, etc. But that's a good bet. I always make sure BS2 saves all the files needed in my documents. I also have a backup on an external 1TB hard drive.
