Beer Smith Question?

I just completed brewing a porter. It was an extract kit with 8 oz. of crystal and 8 oz. of black patent malt grains that I steeped at 155 F for 30 minutes.

When I was entering the recipe on Beer Smith, I'm confused as to how I enter these grains. Is it considered a partial mash or do I just enter them in the ingredients list and consider it an extract brew?

Include in ingredients and consider it extract. There is nothing there to partial mash.

oh yea and if you enter it as an extract kit you still have all the same grain options listed
