Beer connection

Have you ever tasted a beer that felt like an "old friend". I am sipping on Sam Adam's Winter Brew right now, and all seems well with the world. Can you guys relate or am I FUBAR. Also, I was looking at plumbing fixtures at Lowes the other day, and I got so excited thinking about making beer that I had to go to the bathroom. What gives?

Can't ever recall having to make haste to a restroom while thinking about brewing... Maybe after drinking a few homebrews, but never while perusing plumbing supplies...

I do however tend to look at a lot of things with the mindset of "How can I use that in my brewing?"...

For me it's a good Belgian. Right now, my best friend is La Chouffe. I love that little gnome.

Do you really thin SN PA is balanced? I think it is way too bitter. Cheers!
