Beer basics good links and beer information

Alright everyone I started this thread not only for myself but for anyone in my position looking to gain knowledge about everything under the sun about brewing. From personal incite to know scientific facts. In this thread I want all information anyone used to gain information or even tips for the seasoned home brewer. The hardest thing of brewing I have found is the availability of reliable information regarding brewing. Either you have to pay to people making an easy concept turn into something difficult. Post any information you find relevant and helpful. While I also need information there are others who might find your posts very helpful. Hopefully you all will share your knowledge with everyone else on this site and help brewers take their craft to the next level. Cheers and I cant wait to read all the information you post on this thread!
