I've lurked around on this forum for a while now. I finally decided to start posting. I have gotten so much useful info here, and I have become a better homebrewer because of it. I've been brewing for about a year, and have around 18 five gallon batches under my belt. I'm looking forward to meeting everyone here and being a part of this great community.
