right i meant reality check in a new marketThat's just how much their BA beer costs.
Which places? I'll take BP over haze any day.a LOT of places have it, but who cares bc hazebro!
Yeah that's what I really don't understand about MT. Their every day fare is almost priced below market and their BA stuff is priced well above.right i meant reality check in a new market
i thought about that when i heard they were opening a location up there
much cheaper competition that’s just as good if not better
there’s tons of monster park and devils teeth turding it up around here
their ipas are well priced tho

You're a tedious one ain't cha? Some FW cans are $10, some are cheaper. In my experience they're around $7-$8 a pop, perhaps someone can chime in how much they shelled over for Tundra/Eliza? Viking's Lament was more experience [IB$ OMG NOT AN IPA!!!11].
Alvarado sell for cheapest I've seen $24 a 4 pack, I've seen them as high as $32.
The best deal in hoppy cans around here is Moonraker.
Was it worth dat line tho?Eliza was $7 a can and worth every penny. **** is delicious.

I find distro Moonraker to be pretty hit or miss. Seems like their best stuff tends to stay in the 916 and the slow-moving stuff gets pushed out to 3rd party retail around the Bay Area/Central Valley.
The best hoppy can deal are probably the $1.79 20oz stovepipes of 12th of Never... (sorry not hazy iirc).

Well, I was wrong. A little disappointing in the steep price for that DIPA too. I'll still snag a pack of Maui though.
Same as CM
I’m shocked they’re charging the same as CM. Rent is a little bit higher in SF...Eh, still not something I am willing to pay for a DIPA, I got my personal limits. I think that Scarcity is pretty good at $25 for a triple though.
These breweries aren't doing a normal cost + % = cost to customer. They are just throwing out numbers and seeing if they stick.I’m shocked they’re charging the same as CM. Rent is a little bit higher in SF...
Yeah....I bought the strawberry vanilla version cause the raspberry version I had on tap was fantastic (don’t make beer purchases when already drunk). Loved the strawberry as well.Modern Times just opened in Portland and are charging over $16 for a 12oz BA adjunct nitro stout in a can. People are not happy.
The fact I was pounding awesome beer everywhere in Portland for like $4, I'm really curious how MT does. Especially in the high end category.Yeah....I bought the strawberry vanilla version cause the raspberry version I had on tap was fantastic (don’t make beer purchases when already drunk). But that is definitely a one time purchase for me. It does make me wonder about how they’ll do in Portland as far as their more expensive stuff is concerted.
Yeah, it definitely won’t be my go to, but I enjoy their beer enough to stop by on a monthly basis. The fact I was pounding awesome beer everywhere in Portland for like $4, I'm really curious how MT does. Especially in the high end category.
Cascade seems to be doing fine there. The fact I was pounding awesome beer everywhere in Portland for like $4, I'm really curious how MT does. Especially in the high end category.

How convenient are those from I-80?
Its like, ****, I'd love to hit New Glory, but don't wanna get too far off the beaten path.
lol, SBGBoth a mile or two from I-80. Very convenient and on your way. Moksa is definitely worth the stop, and Nix Taco is the official taco of SBG. They make a variety of meats and flavors for their tacos, truly unique. You won't be disappointed.

Ok, yeah Moksa is closer to I-80 than Moonraker, will hit them up after Moonraker. Sucks (for me) their can release isn't until the next day, but makes sense with everyone else's releases on Friday.
That's that Nu dude's place that was at the Eclipse party? Both him and the Out of Bounds dudes seemed cool, would easily spend my $$$ for their congeniality alone.
Burrito Palace is my longest relationship (26 years and counting) I dunno if I could risk cheating on her . . .
Still sad you never said whats up at the party. Maybe this year?Ok, yeah Moksa is closer to I-80 than Moonraker, will hit them up after Moonraker. Sucks (for me) their can release isn't until the next day, but makes sense with everyone else's releases on Friday.
