Anyone interested in Sam Adams Utopia in the Bay Area, walnut Creek has a few, Almaden has 7, foster city has a couple. Sku#722190 I case anyone else was looking for it. $159 at Costco compared to $219 at bevmo. They also have Grand Cru for 21.95 and deschuttes anniversary 27 for 13.49.

Depending on how quickly you wanted to make the drive, Sac's a bit out of the way (and a lot more traffic). I'd say Berryessa is pretty much the closest to the path, though I've never actually stopped there. Otherwise there's a whole lot of nothing between the bay area and Chico.
Berryessa is great. 2L growler fills of double tap were $10 when I was there last soooooo.....
 
Looking for a keg of something low abv and hoppy for a bbq on 12/12. Was going to order Eay Jack through BevMo, but thought I would tap this thread before dealing with them. I live in Concord. Thoughts?

A little farther away, but I rented from Henhouse in Petaluma recently and they were great to work with.
 
Word on the street is that Moonlight's tasting room is now open on Saturdays.
Do they have anything on tap that you can't get on tap anywhere else? Looking on their website they only list their Tax & Taxes, lager, pils, ipa. If not, it's kind of like going to Trumer, why bother.
