Cellarmaker, City Beer and Mikkeller are all really close to my office, and Toronado is on my way home, so those tend to be easiest for me.

It may be simpler to start a conversation with everyone and keep it updated with your itinerary for the day. I will definitely come out to meet up, but 8 pm is typically the earliest I can do in either direction (Santa Cruz or SF).

I have very little planned at this point, honestly. Traveled to DC for a full day of interviews Friday, have a final on Monday, and then leave for SF on Tuesday! By Tuesday or Wednesday, though, I will have figured a lot of this out, I hope. I like the conversation idea, thanks.
