We all are!I'm an idiot.
If you get Pliny bites, make sure to ask for some ranch dressing. I was more partial to Jasper bites anyway, but Pliny with ranch is great.Get there early. Order all the beers and get Pliny bites
Surprisingly enough that has been one of the more tame days in past years.BeerCraft in Rohnert Park for SARA and Cellarmaker on tap.
I can't wait to see how bad it will be at RR when people in town for the Super Bowl try to get PtY
Yeah, Super Bowl was always the day to go. No lines at all.Surprisingly enough that has been one of the more tame days in past years.
RIP Apricot du Bois
We always had that summer love.

This is generally good advice for new spots, though you'd think the guys that own Triple Rock and Jupiter would know how to run a restaurant, it's probably just that the employees are inexperienced. It's a really good spot and I'm going to go back. I just might give them a good month or so to sort things out.
I am meeting a buddy there tonight. Sounds like I should look at the menu ahead of time and order food when I grab my first beer rather than wait til one of us are hungry. Also, is smoking allowed in the beer garden?I stopped by the Drake's Dealership last night. Great spot, but man that was some of the worst service I've ever had in a bar/restaurant. The bar line wasn't very long, but it was very slow. They clearly didn't have enough bartenders and/or registers at the time. The food my friends order took a very long time to come out. My friend's dad asked for water and eventually coffee multiple times and never got it (we noticed the water jug at the edge of the property and eventually he got it there) and even the bill took multiple requests. It was at capacity, so perhaps they didn't anticipate that many people on a Tuesday night.

If it is, it shouldn't be. California (or Oakland or Alameda county) law does not allow smoking in enclosed patios like that. Also, is smoking allowed in the beer garden?
I really doubt smoking is allowed. Service might be better tonight, but that's generally not a bad idea.I am meeting a buddy there tonight.
