barley crusher dial reading biab

So my lhbs uses this mill, any idea what setting to use? I've been turning it as tight as it would go then back a little, which puts it around 1.

Should I buy a set of gauges or is the dial number accurate between mills?

My Barley Crusher is still at factory setting.

But if you want to match it to another mill you need some sort of gauge.

I use a credit card thickness. Works great for me. Don't include the raised letters though.
