The Professor's Pale is a good one. Great use of Crystal hops. You could easily crank up the hops to make this a Crystal IPA as well.
 
Funny enough even tho this is my LHBS, I've only ever taken inspiration from their recipe binders...never brewed them exactly!
 
I wonder where these came from.
did they make them "back in the day"?
These seems fairly recent compared to most recipes I’ve seen. Granted I havent brewed from a kit in a year but most instructions I’ve seen were fairly antiquated. Temped to grab a kit just for the hell of it.
 
It looks like some thought went into the page layout - colors, use of grids and columns, general lack of bold and italics. I did take a random look a recipe (or two) from a couple of other online stores - Ballast Point's layout got my vote for "mini-BOS".
