2009- that was the last time I brewed. And haven’t posted on here for well over a decade.
I had an all grain dual pump HERMS system with stainless conicals, kegging system. I sadly sold everything as life left little time for it. So I divested everything - except my recipes, pictures, and the passion. Well, life has changed yet again. And the embers of an almost dead passion have been stoked.
I recently found a home built AG system for a very reasonable price that I’m hoping to purchase. Not my Cadillac system of old, but with the SO’s approval, I’m poised to resurrect old recipes and hopefully mash in soon for the first time in 16 years. I posted the old system here. If I get the second-hand system, will post pictures of brew day. Leastways thought I’d make an appearance once more on the forum. One that hopefully will be one of many to come.
