Hello -
I have a smoked porter on gas for about a week, it fermented out more then I wanted. It finished at 1.010, so it's a bit dry. Add that to the smoke and the fact that I was a bit to heavy handed with the bittering hops and I've got a beer in serious need of some balancing.
I've got maltodextrine on hand. Can I boil some water add malto let sanitize and pour in, seal and put back on gas? If so, how much malto to get me to 1.015? I've got about 4.5 gallons kegged.
Thanks
