Oh so i guess you want the recipe? Its a completely made up one so brew at your own risk:
DC BREWING –IPA 01-21-15



Steep in 1 gallon @ 150*F for 30 Minutes/ 14oz. of American crystal malt 20*L.



Strain grain water into brew pot and sparge grains with ½ gallon of water at 150*F. Add 2 gallons water to make 3.5 gallons total and bring to a boil.



Add 4.5 lbs. of Pilsner light DME, 1 oz. Simcoe, 1 oz. Columbus and boil for 45 minutes.



Add to boil ½ oz. Centennial, 1 oz. Simcoe and 1 tsp. of Irish moss, boil for 15 minutes.



Add ½ oz. Centennial and ½ oz. Cascade and boil 1 minute.



Remove wort from heat; add 4.5 lbs. of Pilsner light DME.

Let cool for 15 minutes, add 1.62 gallons cold water to wort. Pitch yeast when temp is below 70*F. WLP001 Ca Ale Yeast or Wyeast 1056 American Ale yeast.



Ferment in primary for 7 days or when fermentation slows. Dry hop with ½ oz. Cascade and 1 oz. Centennial.



Bottle when fermentation is complete with 1.25 cups Pilsner light DME boiled in 2 cups water.



10 Lbs. Pilsner Light DME

14 oz. American Crystal Malt 20*L

6 gallons spring water

Yeast

2 oz. Simcoe

1 oz. Columbus

2 oz. Centennial

1 oz. Cascade
