Are these Hops Too Dry?

These are whole leaf Cascade hops that were picked about 2 weeks ago and left to dry on a screen in a cool dry place, out of the sun. By the looks of them, are they too dried out? They smell good, but I don't know if you can over-dry them (naturally dried, no dehydrator)

were they green when you picked them or did they have some brown in them? I don't think they're too dry, but if they smell stale I wouldn't use them. I usually package up my hops after 3 days on a screen... give or take a day

Yeah they were mostly all green. They smell normal though...
