Are these hops bad?

I just picked my first year Chinook tonight. I got way more than I thought out of first year plant. Upon looking at bunch of them, I am noticing some black spots in the cones along with some white specs of something. Some cones are worse than others. The cones are super sticky and almost look moldy like. I'm throwing those out. Anybody know if these are okay to use. I was going to just dry them and package. Here are some pics....

Looks like aphids (white) excreting honeydew which attracts sooty mould (black).

Should be fine for brewing, but I'd probably keep them in the kettle to disinfect them rather than dry-hopping with them.
