So I picked up an aquarium siphon at pet smart. It's an auto siphon and I noticed that once the suction starts and the liquid goes past the compression bulb the liquid is very bubbly on the way out. Will this put to much oxygen in my beer? Also to mention the liquid in the bucket has a lot of bubbles escaping as we'll.

You'll have to post a picture. Things like that tend not to be made with concerns for oxidation since it's not important to prevent it in aquariums. I would be very cautious about using one.

Can you post a pic? I tried to look online to see what they look like, so maybe we can give you a better idea.

At a guess I would say aquarium siphons probably encourage aeration and getting as much oxygen into the water as possible. After all, fish do breathe oxygen through the water

I finally purchased a transfer pump, they are self-priming. I use it to whirlpool cooled wort, transfer from fermentor to keg, transfer from primary to secondary (on those rare occasions), etc. They are about the same price as a March pump but eliminate having to arrange vessels for gravity advantage. I run mine through a box with a dimmer switch to make it variable speed.
