Apple/cinnamon cider

Question, how do I get my A/C cider to be more like the fireball candy?

Don't get me wrong, I like the way it turns out. More like apple pie and oh so good. But now I'm looking for that little bit of bite. Think that will put my recipe over the top.

If you're talking about the little round red candies like the Redhots brand, try melting them down in the apple juice before ferment.
Just an idea, I have not done this.

What about a tincture? Cinnamon vodka and cinnamon sticks, maybe graded cinnamon and a vanilla stick halved and scraped?
