APA hopping help?

I recently made an APA using columbus for bittering and cascade at 10 minutes and at 5 minutes half an ounce at both those times. I have some columbus hops left would I lose my cascade flavor/aroma if I dry hopped it with columbus.

Dry hopping adds aroma to whatever is there and Columbus will give you more of an herbal note.
