Anyone use PelicanSky.com for a burner lately??

Seems maybe they've gone out of business (or something strange is going on). PelicanSky must be a preferred vendor or maybe owned by Bayou since there is a direct link to them on the Bayou site..

I placed an order for a Banjo burner a week ago (18th) from referrals from HBT. Since then, I've sent emails - no response - and called the 3 phone numbers on the website.. 1 is out of order, 1 is voicemail (no mention of PelicanSky) & the 3rd is Bayou themselves.

I contacted my credit card and they told me that the order hasn't gone through yet, although they can see the hold on the funds. My bank tells me that tomorrow the hold on the credit funds will cancel, thereby canceling the order.

Seems like no one is there at Pelican Sky. Anyone order anything recently?

I ordered back in October/November time frame. Same thing happened. Finally I told them to cancel my order. They responded to that and cancelled my order. The next Monday the burner showed up on my door step. A few days later, my credit card was charged.

Crazy. That's great customer <sarcasm> service. Almost unbelieveable..

I ordered from them back in Oct and got my burner in a week, but my credit card was not charged until mid Nov.
