Is anyone else having issues with their NB cart quantity being doubled?

It shows I have one of everything but the cart price is everything doubled. I have cleared my cache and reset the browser and it still does it.

Happens on my work PC and my Apple at home using chrome.

Update: Happening after login to NB account in Chrome, Firefox, and Safari

Have you gotten this fixed yet?
I had a similar issue once, but it was all on me. If you load a cart and don't complete the order, and then add the items from another browser before logging in it doubles the items. That was a semi-costly mistake, but got me to brew more beer.

I doubt that is the issue though, give them a call. They have been helpful fixing things in the past.

Its a known issue, they have to go in and delete your cart on their end.

Here is their reply:
"We haven't pinned down the exact cause yet (mostly because it occurs so rarely). I suspect it's a bug on our end, though. The long story is that your customer account got more than one shopping cart. So you add one item, it gets added to two carts, but you only see a quantity of one. That sort of thing.

It should be fixed for your account, I can't recall if we've ever seen one customer get the same issue more than once, so I'd think you are safe."

I had problems awhile ago everytime i added a new item to the cart it erased everything i added before so i got frustrated and went to morebeer..Northern brewer is awesome though when the cart works

Austin Hombrew is my goto store, if they don't have what I want/need I got to NB.

I order from Morebeer from time to time. My issue isn't with them its that they use FedEx. If things are shipped by FedEx I have to watch the tracking like a hawk, due to the fact that they have delivered my packages to the wrong address numerous times after numerous complaints. Even after I have added a big sign in front of my house with my last name and full address on it.

Its the price I pay for living in a small town where street signs are almost non-existent and if you plug in an address into GPS it will send you on a wild goose chase. Also living in the middle of the oil boom area FedEx, UPS, USPS, and small businesses have a hard time competing with the oil filed pay scale.
