The song I think comes from

Made him happy. I don't think him from Bolder
The sun, the sun is truly the answer

from the basement turn two switches to on, then several minutes later turn one off
run up the stairs, and feel the bulbs that are dark and (assuming these are incandescent) the one that you flipped twice is the one that is dark but still hot.
