I've tried this exact recipe before twice and drank the real thing. I thought both of my batches came out very similar to the real one but there were some slight differences. Both of my batches came out a little lighter in body and flavor than the original; not quite as full as the commercial Bender. But both of the times that I brewed this, my efficiency was low so that is a possible cause for the difference in flavor and body.

Both batches came out amazing though and were many of my friends' favorites out of everything I brewed, hence being brewed twice.
