Working on a NEIPA and I've got quite a few juicy hops on hand. It's there any point in doing the following? What can I expect by using different hops in the whirlpool from those in the dry hop?
Whirlpool 20 minutes
3oz Mosaic
3oz Citra
Dry hop (each 1oz after 3 days and 1 oz after 7 days)
El Dorado
Nelson Sauvin
Idaho7
Wai-iti
