Any Pilsner success with no decoction?

Anyone had success with a Pilsner that has not done decoction? If so, any tips. I'm using pretty basic recipe, pilsner malt, saaz hops, etc.

Looking to brew one soon to enjoy on thanksgiving, and well, I'm lazy. I like to mash in, stir, and walk away.
