I’ve been brewing in a converted 15.5 gal sanke keggle form the last 25 years and just ordered a new 10-gallon Anvil Brewing kettle with thermometer and valve. Does anyone else use Anvil Brewing stuff? What do you think? They seemed at least as good as the Megapot products sold by Northern Brewer.

Thanks!

Anvil stuff is pretty good. I have been using an Anvil Foundry all in one system for a few years now without any real issues. Before that, I used the anvil burner when I brewed out doors, and it did the job. Anvil is a subsidiary of Blichmann Engineering, who have been making great brewing stuff for years.

I have one of their SS bucket fermenters. It was reasonably priced and works well.

I think their ss fermenters are severely underrated. Easy to clean and light enough to move around. I’ve been using mine since they were introduced.

The aio is also super easy to use.

Never used their kettles though.

I've had my Anvil 10.5 since 2020. Changed out one piece of electronics last summer, otherwise no issues. Anvil support is responsive if needed. More brews than I can count. I'm in an apartment, so limited space and I use 110. Of course little tweak's you learn along the way. I have taken many tips from this forum.
