Thought I'd introduce myself as I've been gleaning information off this forum without adding anything to it for the last few months. Got started in HB by a fellow college classmate who is now down in portland, and thanks to all the great info here I've worked myself up to have done 5 batches of beer, with a full 2 corney kegerator setup for my dispensing method. Looking forward to sharing the knowledge with everyone!

So far I've made 3 batches of a Redhook Blonde clone, 1 Belgian Wit, 1 Apfelwein that was contanimated, and my 6th batch is what I'm working on now - a Honey Wheat beer.

As my name implies I come from a extensive German background so my lust for Beer is definitely in my veins, and hence I have no choice but to satisify with a daily homebrew. :mug:

I'd say I had German blood, but the area was Prussia when the GGF emigrated.

Willkommen!
