Howdy Ya'll!!! I've been brewing since Jan 2012. My parents sent me a gift card for Bass Pro last christmas and after looking at boots, pocket knives, and one very tempting Vietnam Style Tomahawk I decided on a Mr.Beer Premium kit. After about a month I was hooked. Then I found the local Brew Shop. B&S Brewers Guild got me into a partial grain Winter Ale that when complete found a nice resting place in my new Keg Connections Pinlock Keg. After that it was an original wheat based brew in a bag concoction, followed by a spent grain, harvested yeast, brown sugar, instant oatmeal, instant coffee, tea in place of hops, and white rice experiment that is fermenting fast and tastes good. I'm having fun.
