Here's the deal...

Making an Imperial Stout.
OG 1.100

After 1 week its at 1.056

However, the kreausen has fallen, and I have no more activity in the airlock.

I removed it from the chest freezer (65°), racked it, let it warm added yeast energizer...still nothing...

I had a good mash, but I didn't perform a conversion test to be sure. The 14 lbs of base malt tells me I should have enough diastsatic power for this beer

The yeast was pitched from a 2000 ia started
 
Lol posted with out finishing my thoughts..

Pitched from a 2000 ml started that I crashed and decanted. I used yeast nutrient in the boil...but didn't have any oxygen to blast into the wort ....

Help!
