Gets worse if it isn't you who finds it. Done that, multiple times.

Luckily I found it, but based on my reaction when I did find it, I think my wife (who was upstairs the whole time) suspects that something is amiss, lol.
Bottle bombs will get you into kegging lickety-split.

Got a batch of pumpkin session ale sitting in my kegerator at 12 PSI right now! Should be ready in a few days.
