Hola, been poking around here the last couple weeks. Also checked out howtobrew.com. I can't read enough. So many choices, so little time.

I have an APA that's almost ready for bottles and just started a winter brew, "winter warmer" today. Both batches are recipes put together by Keystone Homebrew in Montgomeryville. Those guys have been so helpful in getting me started.

Ah! Someone from my area, apparently! I bought my supplies from Keystone as well and I was blown away by how helpful and enthusiastic they were there.

Bottled the APA on Wednesday and just drank the first one now. Yummy. And it's only been a couple days.

I'm gonna like this hobby. I'm gonna like this hobby a whole lot.

By the way, I was reading the "you're not a n00b anymore" thread, and thought of one today: You walk into a locker room, see grass tracked in by football cleats and think of hops.

I'm definitely still a n00b but this is seriously becoming all-consuming. It's like golf, you can never perfect it no matter how hard you try. I love it.
