another NE IPA recipe

So I've done the NE IPA a few times and its come out well. I like the haze style but have seen some Mass breweries where their NE ipa's are opaque (like cloudy but look like Orange Juice). But I was wondering about this idea for my grain bill:
10lbs 2 row
8oz Carapils
4oz Torrified Wheat
8oz Flaked Corn
8oz Flaked Oats

My typical NE IPA grain bill:
10lbs 2 row
8oz carapils
6oz crystal 15
1lb flaked wheat

You need a lot of Flaked Oats, like 15-20% in your grainbill to get that really thick haze and London Ale III 1318 as the yeast ( is what I use for the style and hazy beers in general ).

I have had some great success with a blend between lots of flaked oats and flaked barley.

You also want insane amounts of hops at flameout, 4 days or so into fermentation and then again dry hopping before kegging/bottling.

You can maybe give the beer a reddish/orangy hue, by adding some either dark crystal ( I would however not use it ) or some amber/caraamber/carared malt.

Brewers have reported success using apple purée or wheat flour for haze too.
