Hello everyone, I'm a long time lurker from the mid Michigan area, I would love to join in on the conversation, make a few new friends, and help out when I can.
I have been homebrewing mini mash style beers for a little over a year now, but started about five years ago making ciders and wines. I am slowly gathering materials to construct an all grain garage brewery system which I hope to have up and running by this summer.
