I know I should know the answer to this but it has been quite awhile since I have bottled. I have an Alt that I used Wyeast 1007 and it has been in a secondary at 40F on isinglass for about three week as I originally planed on putting in a keg. Has the isinglass and cold temp drop all of the yeast out of suspension? Should I add new yeast before bottling or will I be ok?
