I don't have beersmith but I'm thinking about getting it. Question. I like to brew 5.5 gallons and always have to do the math to figure out the increases of ingredients I need to make. In beersmith if I was to load a 5 gal recipe, will the software do the calculations for me if I want to increase it to a 5.5 gallon version? Or do I still have to do it manually? Thanks!

+1 for beersmith. Great piece of software. You will be able to convert the recipe to any size you want. Download it for free and try it out. You will buy it after your free trial.

Kennya,

BS works great for this purpose.. When you load a recipe and want to change the batch size, be sure to use the "Scale Recipe" function.. Piece of cake!
