The Mecca Grade Estate malt brings extra smooth maltness to this ale along with the 2017 harvest of the local Flaked Wheat makes this really smooth and with the hops selected makes this super easy to brew..Enjoy!
8lbs Mecca Grade Estate Malt - Pelton 1.8 L
2lbs Kumat Khorasan Flaked Wheat 0.0 L
1/2lb Flaked Wheat (Ran twice through grain mill) 0.0 L
3/4lb Barley Flakes (Bulk from health food stores works best) 1.2 L

No Bittering Stage!!
Late Addition Hops: .5oz Whole Citra Cone, 1oz Medusa, 1oz Eldorado add last 10 Minutes of boil
Flameout Hops: 1.5oz Whole Citra Cone, 1oz Medusa and 1oz Simcoe
@140 Degrees Add: .5oz Medusa and .5oz Eldorado
@120 Degrees Add: .5oz Simcoe and .5oz Exp Stonefruit let these hops sit at the 120 degree mark for 20 minutes let the oils escape, then cool to fermenting temps stated.

Dry Hop: 1oz Galaxy and .5oz Exp Stonefruit last 2-3 days prior to racking/bottling/kegging
