From Public House in Rolla, a microbrew that opened up officially in January this year. Fun part is, they're technically in the same building as my apartment, so it's just a walk around to the other side of the block to get a drink.

I went to a AHA rally there a month ago. They had some great beers and everyone there was very cool. Nice brew pub.
