Hi there, just thought id pop my head in the door and say hello to everyone on the forum. I am from Erskine in Scotland and i have appreciated all the info that you guys put up here. I have had a beer epiphany if you will as up untilll maybe October beer was a chore to me, it was a means to an end... untill i tried ACTUAL beer. It was called 7 Giraffes by Williams Bros and i loved it, it was an awakening. So i went to the Brewdog Bar in Glasgow and i was blown away, hearing the story of how these breweries started has inspired me to do my own.
