Amoretti Natural Salted Caramel Artisan Flavor in Beer?

Anyone use Amoretti Natural Salted Caramel Artisan Flavor in beer? The Amoretti web site says it can be used in "alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages," but the #1 ingredient is Milk. So, has anyone used this stuff, and if so, any issues with curdling or anything else? TIA!
