Hi all, I just got into kegging and I'd like my first kegged beer to be a drinkable pale ale bursting with hop flavor and aroma. I was thinking about making it 5.5-6% abv using pale malt, some type of Crystal malt, honey malt and maybe some carapils. The hops im thinking of ordering are 2 oz of each. Warrior for bittering, then citra, galaxy and maybe some cascade. what do you guys think? The only hops I've brewed with out of those is cascade. I am unsure of how to go about figuring out the amounts and times to get the most flavor out of them. I've read a few guides but the info was vague. Thanks.
