Last week i made a Citra IPA because I like citra and had a lot I need to use up. So this week I figured I would continue the trend and do one using Amarillo because I have 3 lbs I need to use up.

14 lbs 4.0 oz Pale Malt (2-Row) Canadian Malting Co (2.0 SRM) Grain 1 93.4%
1 lbs Caramel Malt - 40L (Cargill) (40.0 SRM) Grain 2 6.6 %
0.50 oz Horizon [11.10 %] - First Wort 60.0 min Hop 3 15.9 IBUs
2.00 oz Amarillo pellet [8.50 %] - Boil 15.0 min Hop 4 22.0 IBUs
2.00 oz Amarillo pellet [8.50 %] - Boil 10.0 min Hop 5 16.1 IBUs
2.00 oz Amarillo pellet [8.50 %] - Boil 5.0 min Hop 6 8.9 IBUs

Couldn't ask for a better brewday. The mash is almost done, there's not a clould in the sky and it only 60 degrees
